Rules:
1.) The "Canadian Puck Tug" handle must be one made by Bend Sport Canada OR one approved by Bend Sport Canada Officials.
2.) Only one finger and the thumb may be in contact with the edge or round side of the puck for the duration of the lift. The other fingers can be stacked on top of the contact finger. Powdered chalk is allowed. Rings on the contact finger must be removed from the hand before the attempt.
3.) The weight must be lifted to a height of 8" (Displayed using a cross bar if not being judged in person)
If you are submitting a video you must show:
1.) The edge of the puck to prove it has not been tampered with.
2.) The height of your cross bar with a measuring tape.
3.) The total weight of the implement after the lift making sure to show that the scale reads "0" before setting it on the scale.
